Food Stamp Low Utilization Study
The Early Intervention Research Institute (EIRI) at the CPD will perform a comprehensive evaluation of 1) the reasons why some households in the state of Utah who are eligible for food stamps do not participate, 2) barriers to participation in the food stamp program, and 3) the importance of these reasons and barriers.
