Staff Biography
Dr. Goetze, as the Economist for the Early Intervention Research Institute, is primarily involved in early intervention projects with a financial component. She has recently completed an evaluation of the impact of parent fees on costs, revenues and family satisfaction for the Utah Part C program. In addition, she has conducted various studies that evaluate the costs of early intervention and preschool services. She is currently conducting an evaluation of Indiana's early intervention finance model, an innovative model that is based on centralized reimbursement for services in combination with a system point of entry that is separate from IFSP service delivery.
