Staff Biography
Mary Ellen Heiner has been working at USU since July of 1984. She provides administrative support to the staff at the Early Intervention Research Institute (EIRI), which is the Research and Evaluation Division of the Center for Persons with Disabilities. She serves as the office manager and the onsite contact person for questions and answers regarding the general operation of EIRI. Some of Mary Ellen's main responsibilities include preparing budgets for proposals submitted to state and federal funding agencies, editing and formating manuscripts for submission to journals and other publication outlets, conference organization/management, and other managerial responsibilities as requested.
