Staff Biography
Patricia Winn is the Director of Community Outreach and Engagement for the National Children. She earned a Master degree in Social Work and Early Intervention from Case Western Reserve University. Her training in therapy for adoptive families was done in the Netherlands. She served in various community agencies as a social worker, as an early interventionist and as volunteer in Logan, Utah since 1994. Innate of Bolivia, Patricia is married to Mr. David O Winn. The Winns have two precious daughters, Cassidy and Kelly. Patricia's favorite thing to do is to enjoy quite time with her family, especially on long summer days of grapefruit juice and flip-flops.
